It isn't always possible to be near an outlet to keep a charger running. A laptop is supposed to be portable. But a user may still need to be on their computer more than just 2 or 3 hours their batteries allow them. This model has a 8.9-inch touch screen display. It is a LED back-lit display and supports a variety of multi-touch gestures (which was a lot of fun to use!). The screen can be rotated 180 degrees to face outwards. Some of the other features includes a VGA port, 2 USB ports, audio jacks and a memory card reader. Instead of using the usual lithium-ion battery, this model is powered by a lithium facts-polymer battery.

One guy commented that the batteries for all of the Makita drills are not interchangeable. You have to have the special 18V battery for this specific Makita LXFD01CW Drill. Yet he said the performance of the drill was outstanding. Another guy commented on the longevity of the drill, he's had it for a long time and it's been very durable. He liked that it was small and lightweight yet powerful enough to handle any task.
So, in summary, if you have a PC which is showing clock errors or BIOS problems look first at the little 3 volt battery. It could save you a fortune. Happy computing!
